‘Nonno Knows’

I am Nonno…

You may meet me when you come to Café Revò. I’ll be one of the people assuring that your experience at Café Revò is nothing but the finest.

My ancestors came from Revò and I’ve gone back frequently to visit my cousins and to share in the village hospitality and sense of family. I have also watched Chef Chano standing side by side with the local village cooks and learning their exquisite secrets. At Café Revò, we’d like to share all those things with you and your family.

On the other hand, my ancestors on the other side were Washington pioneers. My grandmother was born in Seattle 124 years ago. And I grew up right here in West Seattle where I still live. Café Revò will also celebrate West Seattle and the  Pacific Northwest. Chef Chano is an an expert in our local cuisine – Northwest seafood, for example. Cafè Revò will be West Seattle’s “village restaurant.”

If you have any questions about Revò, Café Revò – or for that matter, about growing up in West Seattle in “the good old days,” don’t hesitate to ask. Remember, “Nonno knows.”
